2026 Facelift
01 /
Overview
eHealth gives citizens access to personal and family health information across different stages of care. Since 2020, JW Media has supported the continuous evolution of the App as new services, records and health management tools have been introduced. In 2026, the partnership expanded into a wider product facelift focused on making important health information easier to find, understand and act on.

The Challenges
- Integrate continuously expanding services without making the experience feel more complex.
- Keep the product coherent for people of different ages, healthcare needs and levels of digital confidence.
- Make important health information and everyday actions easier to find and understand.
03 /
Design Direction
- Organise the experience around the user’s health journey instead of separate healthcare functions.
- Bring upcoming actions, recent records and frequently used services closer to the surface.
- Create a clearer, more personalised hierarchy for everyday health management.
- Use consistent interaction patterns across personal information, healthcare programmes and family profiles.
