The project

ITUNI is an all-encompassing platform under the Hospital Authority, centralising resources needed for IT professionals to boost productivity and team effectiveness. Our mission is to empower IT staff with comprehensive, up-to-date information, fostering communication and innovation.

Unify siloed Hospital Authority services into a single, cohesive digital platform.

We explored how different healthcare IT professionals access tools, share knowledge, and collaborate across departments. Through stakeholder interviews and workflow analysis, we uncovered fragmented systems and communication gaps—insights that shaped ITUNI’s unified information architecture and user-centred design strategy.
